Terms and Conditions for Air Conditioner Services
1. Services Offered
We offer a variety of air conditioner services for commercial and residential, including:
- Chemical cleaning services
- Maintenance services
- Air conditioner installation services
2. Service Rates and Estimates
- We will provide a written estimate for all services before any work commences. This estimate will detail the specific services to be performed, the associated costs for labor and materials, and any applicable taxes.
- Final charges may differ slightly from the estimate due to unforeseen circumstances discovered during service. In such cases, we will obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods ,cash, bank transfer , touch & go, Qr code transfer or other e-wallets.
- Late fee charges of 3% interest after issued invoice 7 days.
4. Scheduling and Appointment Cancellations
- We will work with you to schedule a convenient appointment time.
- In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 3 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee of RM 80 may be applied for late notice or missed appointments.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the area around the air conditioner unit is clear and accessible for our technicians.
- Please turn off and unplug the air conditioner unit before our technician arrives.
- Inform us of any pre-existing conditions or concerns regarding your air conditioning unit.
6. Warranty on Services
- We warranty our labor for 7 days on all services performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover parts or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or pre-existing conditions.
- Manufacturer warranties on parts will be separate and subject to their terms and conditions.
7. Damage Policy and Refund
- In the unlikely event that our technicians cause accidental damage to your property during service, we will take full responsibility for repairs.
- We will work diligently to assess the damage and arrange for repairs or replacements to be completed within 7 to 14 working days.
- If repairs are not feasible or satisfactory to you, we will offer a partially refund for the service cost within 7 to 14 working days.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions of your air conditioning unit or by malfunctions beyond our control (e.g., power surges).
9. Dispute Resolution
- We are committed to providing excellent customer service. In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, then process will take about 7 to 14 working days.
- Receipt of refund request (finance department)
- Verification of refund request from finance department
- Approval from finance department
- Issuance of credit note to customer
- Initiate payment to customer and get approval from management
- Send payment slip or notification to customer upon approval of transaction from management
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are subject to Malaysian Laws.
11. Entire Agreement
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services provided. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or representations, whether oral or written.
12. Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised terms on our website (if applicable) or by providing you with a written copy.
