One of the most common mistakes homeowners make is buying an aircon that's too small for their room. This causes the unit to run continuously without reaching the desired temperature, resulting in higher electricity bills and faster wear.

Residential vs Commercial Aircon Installation

Residential installation covers wall-mounted split units for bedrooms, living rooms and home offices. Standard installation includes up to 5 feet of copper piping, 8 feet of wiring and 10 feet of drain piping in the base price — extra length is charged at the per-foot rates above.

Commercial installation covers cassette units, ceiling-mounted units, multi-split systems and concealed ducted systems for offices, shoplots, restaurants, and warehouses. We provide quotations for commercial projects based on site survey.
