Yes. Tell us the check-out and check-in times and the number of units. We aim to finish well within the turnaround window and leave the unit dry and ready, with photos you can keep for your records.
My living room with full-height windows never gets cold in the afternoon. What can be done?
First we clean the unit and check gas pressure and airflow, because a dirty coil makes the problem worse. If the unit is clean and healthy but still struggles, it may be undersized for the glass area. We can advise on capacity, but we will never recommend a new unit without testing the existing one first.
Do you service office cassettes on weekends?
Weekend slots depend on the building's rules. Many KLCC office towers allow contractor work on Saturdays with approval. Our commercial team can plan the visit around your building's permit process.
