What Is High-Pressure Chemical Cleaning?

High-pressure chemical cleaning (also known as chemical service or aircond chemical wash) is a deep cleaning procedure that goes beyond what regular maintenance can achieve — done in place, without dismantling the unit.

During a chemical cleaning, our technician:

Removes the front panel and filter
Applies professional chemical cleaning solution directly onto the evaporator coil
Allows the solution to break down mould, scale, grease and bacteria
Flushes the coil under high pressure to remove all residue
Cleans the drainage tray and drainage pipe
Reassembles and tests the unit
Confirms temperature output is restored before leaving

The process takes approximately 45–60 minutes per unit and the difference in cooling performance is noticeable immediately after. Every job is backed by a 30-day water-leak warranty.
