Premium chemical cleaning (also known as chemical service or aircond chemical wash) is a deep cleaning procedure that goes beyond what regular maintenance can achieve — done in place, without dismantling the unit.

Every premium chemical cleaning booking includes:
Refrigerant leak repairs, spare parts replacement, damaged drain pipes, drain pump faults, electrical repairs, hacking works, and major repair works are not included. Any additional work must be quoted and approved before proceeding.

Chemical cleaning for commercial units is recommended every 3–6 months depending on environment and usage hours.

The cooling coil of this 1.0–1.5 HP wall unit was matted over with a grey layer of dust, so air could barely pass through the fins. A high-pressure chemical wash cleared it back to bare metal.

Yes. We use professional-grade cleaning solutions specifically formulated for aircon coils. The chemical is fully flushed out before the unit is reassembled and tested, and the job comes with a 30-day water-leak warranty.
No — our premium wall-mounted chemical cleaning is done in place without dismantling. For badly neglected units, an overhaul (full dismantle) is the better option.

Every 6–12 months for normal home use. For heavy-use environments or kitchens near the unit, every 3–6 months is recommended.
If the cause of poor cooling is a dirty coil, yes — chemical cleaning will restore performance. A free gas top-up up to 20 PSI is included in the package. If the cause is a faulty compressor or a refrigerant leak, additional repair work will be needed and quoted before it proceeds. Our technician will diagnose on arrival.
