Repair pricing starts from RM88 for basic diagnostic and minor fixes. Complex repairs involving parts replacement are quoted separately after diagnosis. We never start work without your approval of the quote.

Water Leak Repair
The drain pan tray is the part under the coil that catches condensation and channels it to the drain pipe. When it is worn or damaged, water escapes into the room instead. We supplied and fitted a new pan tray on this unit.

Where the drain pipe cannot run downhill, a small pump lifts condensation water out of the unit. Once it stops working, the water has nowhere to go. We replaced the pump on this unit and closed it back up.

A diagnostic fee from RM88 applies, which covers the technician visit and assessment. This fee is absorbed into the repair cost if you proceed with the repair.
