When your floor feels warm even though the building's chilled water supply is fine, the cause is almost always at your FCU: a fouled coil, clogged filter, stuck valve or failed actuator.

We work within building rules: liaising with management for water isolation where needed, scheduled after-hours access, and written service reports formatted for building files and fit-out compliance.
